Dave Turnbull BIO

After attending the United States Naval Academy Prep School and graduating from Virginia Tech University with a degree in Economics, Dave made the move to Nashville. Eleven years later he scored his first cut and first top ten hit with Darryl Worley's "If Something Should Happen.” The same year Trace Adkins recorded the touching military tribute "Arlington" which went to #13 on the country charts. Since then Dave has scored five #1 singles and several other top forty songs. Artists by the likes of Kenny Chesney, Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, Trace Adkins, Jake Owen, Mark Chesnutt, Neil McCoy, Craig Morgan, Craig Campbell, Sheryl Crow, Jordan Davis and Tim McGraw have recorded Dave’s songs.  Dave currently has Luke Combs’ latest radio single.

 

Brett James BIO

Brett James has had more than 750 of his songs recorded by some of the biggest artists in the world.  His songs have appeared on albums with combined sales of over 110 million copies. He has had numerous hit singles including 27 #1's and won a Grammy in 2006 for "Jesus, Take the Wheel”.  He was named ASCAP's country songwriter of the year in 2006 and 2010 and Music Row Magazines’ Songwriter of the
Year in 2015.  He has received more than 40 ASCAP hit song awards in country, pop, Latin and Christian genres.  In 2020 he was elected into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame. 

As a producer his credits include Taylor Swift, Jessica Simpson, Danielle Bradberry and Kip Moore. Brett served 18 years on the board of directors of the Country Music Association, has served as a national trustee of The Recording Academy (Grammys) and he also serves on the board of the Nashville Songwriters Association International.

Jim Collins BIO

As the songwriter behind some of country music’s biggest hits of the last four decades, Jim Collins is pure and simply a hitmaker. He is a member of the Texas Songwriter’s Hall Of Fame and a two-time GRAMMY® nominee who has written songs that have launched careers for new artists and created peak moments for some of country’s biggest superstars. Jim’s numerous hit singles are a great example of this consistency, quality and diversity. Jim’s hits include the multi-week #1 smashes “Big Green Tractor” (Jason Aldean), “Everybody Wants To Go To Heaven” (Kenny Chesney), and “Are You Gonna Kiss Me Or Not” by (Thompson Square), which was iTunes “Country Song Of The Year” and Country Aircheck’s #1 “Country

Chart success is nothing new for Jim, a native of Nacogdoches, Texas. Among his numerous #1 songs is the co-written smash, “The Good Stuff” which was a seven-week #1 for (Kenny Chesney) in 2002, and was named Billboard “Song of the Year,” ASCAP “Song of the Year” and “Single of the Year” by the Academy of Country Music. Jim’s next number one song was courtesy of his fellow Texas native and country music legend, (George Strait), who took “It Just Comes Natural” to the top of the charts for four weeks in 2006. That same year, Jim was nominated for a GRAMMY® for “Best Country Song” with “I Don’t Feel Like Lovin’ You Today” performed by (Gretchen Wilson). Other hit singles written by Jim include “She Thinks My Tractor’s Sexy” (Kenny Chesney), “Then They Do” (Trace Adkins), “Hands of A Workin’ Man (Ty Herndon), “Love Workin’ On You” (John Michael Montgomery) and the multi-week #1 “Yes” performed by (Chad Brock).
