What makes us the best gym in Franklin, TN? It’s the people. At Fit One Five, hard work, respect, and real progress are part of every session. No matter your experience level, you’ll find expert coaching, teammates who push and support you, and an environment built to help you succeed. Fit One Five is located conveniently off Cool Springs Blvd behind Aspen Grove park near Costco.
Our training facility is 3300sq ft equipped with the most up-to-date and quality strength and conditioning equipment available. Our machines include Concept2 Rowers, Skierg and BikeErgs. We also have Rogue Echo Bikes and Air Runners. Our weights section contains cable machines, specialty barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags and other functional training equipment. For those at an entry level we also have TRX straps, mini bands, benches and other bodyweight accessory items. The facility is also temperature-controlled with shower facilities, and a cozy lounge area to provide an upscale environment for your training.
