The expansive backyard boasts an outdoor kitchen perfect for grilling and enjoying a glass of wine under the stars.

Downstairs Retreat: Includes a private king bedroom, a bathroom, and separate living quarters for added privacy.

Outdoor Bliss: The backyard is a delightful spot to relax after a day at the river. Fire up the grill, sip on a glass of wine, and soak in the tranquility.

• Max Occupancy: 8 people (including children) - no exceptions.
• Parking: 3 cars fit in driveway, additional street parking available.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM, we’re in a peaceful residential area.
• Pets: ONLY hypoallergenic (non-shedding) dogs allowed. $75 cleaning fee applies for pets. Please ensure they’re hypoallergenic (non-shedding), clean up after them, and keep the space tidy.
• Shoes Off Policy: We kindly ask that shoes be removed inside to keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests.
