Lisa Mays of "Wine with Lisa/My Paella Travels" is a local Paella Chef cooking paella for over 20 years. You can find Lisa creating her Texas-inspired Spanish paellas in the Texas Hill Country at local wineries and private parties.
"My Paella Travels" Paella Dinner will travel to you and make one paella for up to 25 guests. She will create a custom paella (up to 36 inch paella pan) for you and your friends. A case of William Chris wine is included.
1) My Paella will Travel to Austin, Dripping Springs, Driftwood, Fredericksburg, Stonewall, Johnson City, Boerne, Buda, Wimberley, West Henly, or New Braunfels
2) Style of paella to be determined once I am contacted by winner. Texas-inspired paellas include all seafood, all meat OR a mix of both or vegetarian, please note specialty diets cannot be accommodated ie: keto, gluten-free, vegan (Sausages usually contain pork and I cannot guarantee a pork-free sausage)
3) I will provide one paella. The host(s) will provide tapas, appetizers, beverages, plates, eating utensils etc
4) Host(s) will provide:
- Full propane tank free of defects and confirmed that it is functioning properly.
- A well-lit area if dinner is after dark, flat area, preferably protected from the wind and protected from direct sunlight, if during the day
- Host(s) will keep small and large pets and any children away from the cooking area
This is an adult event only. No one under the age of 21 please!
