Crafted from an authentic white oak wine barrel sourced from William Chris Winery, this one-of-a-kind table is a celebration of Texas winemaking, craftsmanship, and community.
Each element of the piece tells a story. The barrel itself once aged wine, its oak staves absorbing time, temperature, and tannins before being carefully repurposed. The tabletop is a striking composition of original winery corks, thoughtfully arranged and sealed beneath a crystal-clear epoxy finish that both protects and magnifies their natural texture and character. The original metal banding remains intact, preserving the barrel’s heritage while adding a bold architectural frame.
At the center, the design highlights the winery’s identity—making this not just a table, but a tribute piece ideal for wine lovers, collectors, or anyone who appreciates meaningful Texas craftsmanship.
This table was handcrafted by Texas artisan Vance Ivie, whose work blends traditional materials with thoughtful design to create functional art. No two pieces are ever exactly alike, ensuring that this table is truly one of a kind.
