8:00 a.m. - Check-In and Coffee/Tea

9:30 a.m. - Shotgun Start

Lunch: grilled burger, hot dog, or chicken sandwich at the turn

2:45 p.m. - Cocktail Reception (cash bar with hors d'oeuvres)

3:15 p.m. - Dinner: salad, pasta, and carved turkey stations

4:00 p.m. - Auctions Close and Prize Presentation
