A one-of-a-kind treasure, Percy Priest Elementary Echoes of the Past, created by PPE Parent Drew Sensing includes over 280 photographs of the original Otter Creek building in 91 pages.

Drew artfully captured details of artwork in the hallways, the cozy, personal spaces of the classrooms, the quiet reading nook of the library and so much more. The small details tend to be what kids and adults alike remember about their school. Drew lent her skills as a photographer and memory-keeper to capture and preserve the dedication, plaques and bricks from all over the school. The book is intentional and grouped into sections - outside, the main hallway, past and present artwork / posters, library, Cafe, hallways, classrooms, music room, front office area into a hard cover, beautiful keepsake of 1700 Otter Creek.

The dedication included: This book is lovingly dedicated to the Percy Priest Community, past and present, to the generations of stidents who filled these halls with curiosity, to the teachers who poured patience and passion into every lesson, and to the families whose steady support shaped a culture of care. May these pages honor the laughter that echoed down the corridors, the quiet moments of growth inside each classroom, and the enduring spirit that has always made Percy Priest more than just a school.

There is a hope that a smaller version of the book *might* become avaiable in the ROAR store at some point in the future and if that becomes reality, the information will be shared on the website and in the school newsletter.
