Join vintners of the Santa Cruz Mountains for the Wines of the Santa Cruz Mountains Grand Wine Tasting at The Mountain Winery in Saratoga on Sunday, March 24.

Dive deep into the Wines of the Santa Cruz Mountains and discover more than 40 wineries – all in one location – at the 2024 Grand Wine Tasting! Explore the stunning grounds and breathtaking views of The Mountain Winery while you sip award-winning wines, show off your skills in a lively lawn game and bid on more than 50 exciting silent auction items – including rare wine releases, magnums and VIP vineyard tours. As you taste your way through the Santa Cruz Mountains, grab a bite to eat at The Mountain Winery concessions bar or bring your own picnic to linger through the day. Meet the winemakers, compare sub-regional characteristics and find new favorites.

VIP ticket holders enjoy early entry, a sparkling wine and rosé bar, and wine country bites to nibble on. This exclusive entrance allows ticket holders primary access to their favorite brands.

VIP ticket holders can add a Library wine tasting experience led by winemakers and sommeliers featuring library wines from Ridge Vineyards, Kathryn Kennedy, Mount Eden Vineyards, House Family Vineyards, Cooper-Garrod Vineyards at Garrod Farms, Thomas Fogarty Winery, Big Basin Vineyards, Muns Vineyard and more. Limited to 50 guests only (select VIP + Library Tasting ticket option).

Online Ticket Sales close on 3/23 at midnight. If tickets are still available on the day of the event, they will be available for purchase at the door.

VIP Early Entry + VIP Library tasting start at 12:30pm. General Admission starts at 1pm.

Silent Auction

Register early to get your bidder number and to preview the exciting lots before you arrive or let one of our helpful volunteers in the silent auction room get you registered on the day of the event. In-person, paper bidding will be available on the day of the event. VIP ticket holders have early entry so they get a first look at the silent auction and an opportunity to land the first bid on auction items. Silent auction opens on Sunday, March 24 at 12:30pm and closes at 3pm. Silent auction pick up starts at 3:30pm.

There is a 5% transaction fee for Credit Card purchases.

Designated Driver 
If you don’t plan on wine tasting during the event, but you’d still like to join your fellow wine friends, purchase the Designated Driver Ticket. Designated Driver tickets must accompany a guest with a full priced ticket. Must be 21+.

Tickets are NOT available for purchase by visiting or calling the Wines of SCM office or participating partners. Please use the links above to purchase tickets. ALL TICKET HOLDERS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE; ID will be required to enter. No outside alcohol. All tickets sold separately. Although adorable, pets and children are not allowed at the event. All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. The event will be held, rain or shine.
