Former Geologist/Remote Sensing Analyst Turned Felt Artist
“It’s Cracking” is a metaphor for the many manifestations of “cracking” seen in current times. Whatever one’s personal definition of cracking may be (physical, emotional, mental, political and more), I’ve interpreted one of the many forms of cracking that I see now. Creating this mask provided an outlet to express my fears regarding this specific instance of cracking. You may have a personal interpretation, and it may be quite different from my own!
