Hello, I’m Tania. What I decided to do for my mask was the sun with a women’s face. In Mexican culture the sun represents strength, power, as well as life-giving energy and good luck. I wanted to do this because it embodies my culture and roots, so by doing this I thought I could show others some of my culture.
This mask was completed in partnership with the Poudre Community Academy.
